Christine Bamesberger-Youngsma has been with the San Joaquin Partnership since 1992, and recently celebrated her 20th year with the company. As Office Manager she assumes authority for daily operations including personnel management, budget and finance, conflict resolution and agency correspondence. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting, payroll, taxes, audit and financial records management for the Partnership as well as payroll and taxes for the Business Council. She maintains all personnel and human resource records including management of personnel related programs/benefits as well as office management and corporate travel. Bamesberger-Youngsma provides support to the Board of Directors of the San Joaquin Partnership.
Bamesberger-Youngsma has an extensive background in banking, beginning in collections and lending at Bank of Stockton and Century Bank then segueing to Union Bank of California where, as Operations Officer, she was responsible for oversight of all daily branch activity. Using her accounting and banking skills, she joined The Grupe Company’s Cash Management Department and was supportive in cash investments, cash flow projections as well as the constant monitoring of approximately 125 bank accounts.
Client Services/Network Administrator
Brad Ecker is the Client/Network Administrator for the San Joaquin Partnership. He provides client support through the direction of the President & CEO, information systems design & administration, along with technical support to the staff of the San Joaquin Partnership.
Prior to joining the Partnership in August of 2005, Ecker was a Marketing Research Specialist with Union Safe Deposit Bank, now owned by Bank of the West.
He has also served as Comptroller at a local construction company and as an Executive Administrative Assistant at a local Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). In addition, worked thirteen years in management with a national automotive parts retailer.
Ecker earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from CSU Stanislaus in 2010.
